How to pay
Purchase procedure
To make a purchase, the Customer must select the products he/she wishes to buy and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Once you have added the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart, you must click on the "Process order" button.
To process the order you must provide the information requested, unless you have registered as a customer, and choose the payment method you prefer. Once the requested information has been provided and the order has been accepted by the Customer, the purchase has been made. ATTENTION: The price expressed includes shipping costs that may be generated, the rates vary depending on the destination and weight of the final order.
Applicable taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the website https://www.popcorn.cat , include Value Added Tax (VAT) which, where appropriate, is applicable.
Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union will be subject to VAT. Purchases to be delivered to territories of non-European Union member states, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from VAT.
Method of payment
When placing the order, the customer may freely choose to pay for purchases made by Redsys (4B/ServiRed), cash on delivery or Paypal. In certain cases and to prevent possible fraud https://www.popcorn.cat reserves the right to request a specific payment method in the event that the identity of the purchaser is not reliably accredited.
Security and confidentiality
https://www.popcorn.cat guarantees security and confidentiality in all its transactions. All banking operations are carried out through a secure server, based on the SSL standard that protects the data.
All personal data provided by the Client to https://www.popcorn.cat will be included in a personal data file created and maintained under the responsibility of TAM S.L. In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, the Client may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding their personal data by sending an e-mail to info@airpopcorn.com or C/Ensija,34- P. Shipping times
Shipping of products
The Online Shop offers different shipping systems. The Customer will be able to select the shipping method from those available for his or her shipping area. Please note that the delivery times, quality of service, delivery point and cost will be different for each form of transport and that the same is carried out by transport operators and not by the Online Shop.
https://www.popcorn.cat sends orders to its customers through different express transport companies of recognised national and international prestige. The delivery date to the customer's home will be between 4 and 7 days (provided that the customer is not informed of a different date), from the date of payment and dispatch of the order from the warehouse and will depend on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. Transport times are approximate.
Customer rights and return policy
https://www.popcorn.cat does not guarantee its customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered on the website, except for those products for which a specific guarantee or availability is expressly mentioned.
https://www.popcorn.cat guarantees its customers the possibility of cancelling their order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
Given the nature of the product, returns will be accepted for those products that are broken due to transport causes and/or the quality is not correct (for reasons of hygiene). To this end, the Customer will have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. The Customer shall communicate https://www.popcorn.cat (TAM SL) within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, their desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued to https://www.popcorn.cat.
The customer may return the item purchased in the Online Store https://www.popcorn.cat that have not been opened or used, have the original label and retain their original packaging or box. Exchanges will only be accepted if the buyer undertakes to send the product to https://www.popcorn.cat. And the online shop will verify that it has not been used or opened. Provided that all the requirements have been respected, https://www.popcorn.cat will return the purchase money through a credit, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer, of the items purchased or resend the product, depending on the agreement between buyer and seller. The original shipping costs of the order will be refunded.
If a product other than the one requested by the Customer is delivered by mistake by https://www.popcorn.cat , it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the Customer. Customer Obligations
https://www.popcorn.cat undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration forms or order forms, and to keep them updated at all times.
The Client accepts these general conditions contained in this contract.
https://www.popcorn.cat will provide the Client with an identifier and a password (as the case may be, chosen by the Client). The Client undertakes to keep their personal access codes confidential and with the utmost diligence.
