Returns and guarantees

1 https://ww.popcorn.cat does not guarantee its Customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered on the website, except for those products for which a specific guarantee or availability is expressly mentioned.

2 https://ww.popcorn.cat guarantees its customers the possibility of cancelling their order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

3 Given the nature of the product, returns will be accepted for those products that are broken due to transport causes and/or the quality is not correct (for reasons of hygiene). To this end, the Client will have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. The Customer shall communicate https://ww.popcorn.cat (TAM SL) within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, their desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued to https://ww.popcorn.cat.

4 The customer may return the item purchased in the Online Store https://ww.popcorn.cat that have not been opened or used, have the original label and retain their original packaging or box. Exchanges will only be accepted if the buyer undertakes to send the product to https://ww.popcorn.cat. And the online shop will verify that it has not been used or opened. Provided that all the requirements have been respected, https://ww.popcorn.cat will return the purchase money through a credit, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer, of the items purchased or resend the product, depending on the agreement between buyer and seller. The original shipping costs of the order will be refunded.

5 If a product other than the one ordered by the Customer is delivered by mistake by https://ww.popcorn.cat , it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the Customer.
